If you have any old wig units or bundles that need revamping such as a good shampoo and deep conditioner treatment, restyling, or fixing a damaged closure/frontal we offer all those services and more to our clientele. CKC will only accept REFUNDS if you send a notice 24 hours after your receiving tracking date. Only then will we consider issuing a full refund or partial refund (due to hair condition when returned) on unused, unaltered, undamaged and unworn hair. Buyers must submit a picture to
919-600-7266 and valid reason of return. Address will be supplied when message is received as to where to ship the wig unit. Refusal of return can be applied if wig is not returned or its damaged. We recommend that you send the wig unit back with tracking information. All returned items will be inspected before processing a refund of any amount.
